What should I do if I am interested in a chemistry major?

You apply for admission to the major mid-fall semester of sophomore year. We decide on those admissions after fall grades are posted. Applications for the chemistry major are accepted twice each academic year.

Whom should I talk to about my interest?

Make an appointment with our advising office as soon as possible, and meet with one of our faculty undergraduate advisers to develop a plan. A one-year plan must be filed prior to fall registration.
