Global Seminar in Panama
During spring break 2019, 12 chemistry majors travelled to the remote region of Bocas del Toro, Panama, to embrace nature, conduct field measurements, collect samples, and learn from local communities. They brought back new experiences, important findings, and new ideas to research pressing issues related to water safety in the region. "Chemistry in the Field: Water Analysis & Environmental Impact" was developed and organized by Professor Edgar Arriaga and Professor Kyle Bantz. Please RSVP by going to z.umn.edu/Bocas-Finale.
