Attendance required for chemistry students with a spring 2017 teaching assistant appointments. Other chemistry graduate students and course instructors are welcome to attend, but need to RSVP to Nick Erickson (email@example.com) by noon Wednesday, Jan. 18. Spring 2017 TAs do not need to RSVP because their attendance is expected.
Matt Hanson (Boynton Mental Health Clinic, assistant director) and Emily O'Hara (Office of Student Affairs, care manager) will show you how to recognize signs of stress and mental health problems in your students, and will inform you where you can direct those students to for assistance
Noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20. Those with a class until 12:05 p.m., please join us right after class; if you have other course conflicts, you are automatically excused.
MechE 18, 111 Church St. SE (the room is in the northwest corner of the mechanical engineering building, in the basement)
This event is held over the lunch hour to accommodate as many schedules as possible. Pizza, pop and water will be provided and will be available as of 11:45 a.m.
